1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all Physical Book orders placed on www.aiforngos.in, a unit of Genie Web Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Digital Products and Online Courses do not require shipping as they are delivered electronically - please refer to Section 7 for details on digital delivery.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you are an Indian NGO operating abroad and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at info@aiforngos.in to discuss options.
3. Shipping Charges
· Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.
· We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods - this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).
4. Order Processing Time
· Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
· Physical Book orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.
· You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with courier tracking details once your order has been shipped.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
· Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email at your registered email address.
· You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
· If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@aiforngos.in.
7. Digital Products & Online Courses (No Shipping Required)
· Digital Products (eBooks, templates, toolkits) are delivered via a download link sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
· Online Courses are accessible via your registered account on www.aiforngos.in within 24 hours of successful payment.
· No physical shipment is involved for these products.
· Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within 24 hours, or contact us at info@aiforngos.in.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
· Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
· If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@aiforngos.in or +91-8897334105. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
9. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
· If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking status using the details provided.
· If the tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, or if the shipment appears lost, contact us within 7 days at info@aiforngos.in with your order number.
· We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
10. Damaged Shipments
· If your Physical Book arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and the book immediately upon receipt.
· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aiforngos.in with subject line: "Damaged Shipment – Order #[Your Order Number]" along with the photographs.
· We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable, as per our Refund Policy.
11. Multiple Items in One Order
· If you order multiple books in a single order, we will endeavour to ship all items together in one package.
· In some cases, items may be shipped separately - you will be notified if this occurs, and separate tracking details will be provided.
